Job summary

Hersham Surgery is looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 4-6 sessions per week. The role involves a mix of face-to-face, telephone and online consultations with a wide range of conditions, alongside maintaining comprehensive patient records and contributing to quality standards.

The practice supports professional development and flexible working patterns, with a focus on work-life balance and high patient care standards within a teaching environment.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and a recognised medical degree.
• Current GMC licence to practise and inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List.
• Desirable experience with EMIS Web and NHS GP practice settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face, telephone and online consultations.
• Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications safely and appropriately.
• Refer to secondary care and other services as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safeguarding where applicable.
• Support the practice in achieving high clinical standards and QOF targets.
