Job summary

Qualifications

• GP with full GMC registration.
• Experience as a salaried GP.
• Experience of QOF and clinical audit.
• GP accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred clinical care across acute, chronic disease and preventive work.
• Carry out face-to-face, telephone and online consultations.
• Undertake home visits via the practice's visiting service.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Take part in practice meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement and significant event reviews.
• Manage patient-related admin including referrals, pathology results and correspondence.
