Savers in Poole is recruiting a part-time Supervisor to lead and coach the store team, helping deliver great customer service and strong results while wearing the Savers uniform.

With 20 hours a week at £13.50 per hour, you’ll work flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and you’ll be supported by a clear progression plan and benefits designed to help you grow with the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience
• Ability to coach others

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the store team to deliver results
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities
