Toolstation Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a Retail Supervisor for a 20-hour week. You will support store operations, supervise the team, handle deliveries, stock shelves and help customers with a friendly, proactive approach.

You’ll lead by example, manage early starts and late finishes, and contribute to a positive branch culture. Training and career growth are highlighted in this role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting. Stand in for the Store Manager, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and hit targets.
• Mucking in. Check deliveries, unpack, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
• Delivering great service. Ensure a fantastic customer experience with a smile, even when busy and coach the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships. Ensure customers leave with everything they need for the job.
• Building a fun working environment. Maintain product availability and high branch standards, a place people love to work.
