Job summary

Farmfoods is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor for our Wick shop in West Sussex (BN17 7JN). The role offers 24 hours per week with shifts including weekends and a pay rate of £13.61 per hour. You will join a supportive team and contribute to delivering great service while maintaining a tidy, safe shop.

You will benefit from 6 weeks holiday, a 15% staff discount, a staff benefits package, and a smart uniform. Overtime may be available as well.

Qualifications

• Be friendly, positive and hard working.
• Able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Some experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail is useful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the management team and support the manager to run an efficient shop.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager's absence, ensuring customers are looked after and routines are completed.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
• Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
