Farmfoods in Bolsover is seeking a part‑time Retail Supervisor to lead a busy shop across weekend and weekday shifts. You’ll support the manager, open/close the store, handle cash, and develop a small team of retail assistants while ensuring excellent customer service and store standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the manager within the management team to run an efficient shop and provide excellent customer service
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy shop
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the team of retail assistants
• Take responsibility for controlling operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll

Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Bolsover, Derbyshire. The position is a permanent part‑time role, working a variety of shifts with a minimum of 24 hours per week, generally including some weekend work.
