Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a security professional for the ASDA Tonypandy site. The role involves protecting property, people and assets in line with Assignment Instructions, and meeting KPIs and SLAs to help retain the contract.

The position requires an SIA licence, previous security experience, and SC clearance is desirable. Training, awareness of on-site procedures, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA Licence is required.
• SC Clearance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with all policies and relevant legal requirements on site.
• Fully complete all tasks on site as defined in Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Review AIs for changes and suggest amendments to improve service.
• Renew front-line licence 16 weeks before expiry and wear the CCTV PSS SIA licence.
• Maintain schedules and complete incident reports accurately.
• Call emergency services and the Communication Centre to report incidents.
