Job summary

Halfords in Exeter is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers with product selection at our Rydon Lane Retail Park site. You will be trained on our products and fitting services, enabling you to explain and demonstrate features to customers.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience or other customer-focused sales backgrounds, are proactive, and can work weekends on a rota.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and demonstrate services to customers.
