Halfords in Ilkeston is inviting applications for a part-time retail teammate, 16 hours per week. You will deliver friendly customer service, demonstrate products, and support our fitting services while gaining product knowledge through comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate and explain Halfords products and services, including fitting services.
• Learn product knowledge and skills through training and apply it on the shop floor.
