About The Role

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity working within a unique retail environment for a market leader? Arco has a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Trafford Park, working 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays.

Don’t worry if you don’t have prior knowledge of the health and safety industry or PPE; we will provide comprehensive training and a platform for your development and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Interacting with customers in-store or on the phone to promote our products and services
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable store environment
• Processing customer transactions and inquiries using our bespoke IT software

In addition to working for the UK’s leading health and safety experts, you will receive:

• £12.60 per hour plus up to 10% annual bonus

About you

• Experience working face-to-face with customers, preferably in retail
• An understanding of what creates a great customer experience
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new software
• A full UK driving license is preferred
