Job summary

Savills Management Resources is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a 14-hour weekly role at Savills-managed shopping centre in Spalding. You will ensure the site remains clean and hygienic for the public, with paid breaks and shifts starting at 7am or late evenings depending on trading.

The role covers a range of cleaning duties, reporting incidents promptly, maintaining washrooms, handling waste, and following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Cleaning experience within retail or similar industry.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake cleaning duties to the standard defined in the Housekeeping Specification.
• Report incidents and spillages as required.
• Clean interiors and exterior touchpoints, surfaces, furnishings and fixtures.
• Clean floors and floor coverings throughout the site.
• Maintain washrooms, replenish consumables, and dispose of waste safely.
• Respond to hazards by escalating to the Shift Leader when needed.
• Follow site policies and liaise with colleagues and tenants.
