Savills plc is seeking an experienced cleaner to lead a small team of housekeepers in the Centre, overseeing day-to-day tasks and rosters. You will conduct inspections to monitor performance and ensure a welcoming environment for the public. Shifts around 7 hours with paid breaks, 30 hours per week over four days.

A driving licence is preferred due to onsite machinery. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Previous cleaning experience within the retail (or similar) industry.
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day tasks of the housekeeping team.
• Create rosters and lead small team of housekeepers.
• Conduct spot checks and report incidents to supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness of interior and exterior areas and touchpoints.
• Liaise with Site Supervisor/Operations Manager as needed.
