Job summary

Henderson Group in Ballyclare is hiring a Customer Advisor for a part-time role at 12 hours per week. You will operate checkouts, restock, merchandise, price labels, and help customers across the store during opening hours 6:00am to midnight.

You may also cover the Post Office when required. We offer benefits and an Investors in People culture, with training provided and opportunities to join a family-owned team delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• No previous retail experience required; we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation procedures.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and display items at correct prices with shelf-edge labels.
• Maintain high level of customer service across the store at all times.
• May be required to cover the Post Office when needed.
• Other duties as required for the role.
