Job summary

Rightway Limited in New Brighton is seeking part-time Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations. You will be involved in all aspects of the shop floor, from stock checks to merchandising, with hours averaging 16 per week and a rota including weekends.

The role offers full training, a friendly environment, and potential for progression. Competitive hourly pay with enhanced rates after training and attendance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work up to 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
• Average 16 hours per week with hours varying by business needs.
• Weekend availability is essential.
• Retail experience desirable but not essential; full training provided.
• Good numeracy, literacy and PC skills.
• Organised, reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with purchases.
• Receive deliveries, check stock and book items onto the system.
• Merchandise products and maintain attractive displays.
• Use EPOS for payments and stock checks.
• Run shifts as required after training.
