Job summary

Rightway Limited in New Brighton is seeking part-time Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations. You will be involved in all aspects of the shop floor, from stock checks to merchandising, with hours averaging 16 per week and a rota including weekends.

The role offers full training, a friendly environment, and potential for progression. Competitive hourly pay with enhanced rates after training and attendance bonuses are available.

Availability Requirement – Please Read Carefully

This rolerequires flexibilityand the ability to workup to 5 days out of 7on a rota basis, within our operational hours:

• Monday to Saturday:9:00am – 5:30pm
• Sunday:10:00am – 4:00pm

Regularweekend availability is essential. Applications without this flexibility may not be considered.

About the Role

You will average16 hours per week, with hours varying week to week depending on business needs. As part of our team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of store operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with purchases
• Receiving deliveries, checking stock, booking items onto the system, and merchandising on the shop floor
• Using the EPOS system for payments and stock checks
• Pricing and maintaining attractive product displays
• Running shifts as required (after training)

Skills & Experience

• A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
• Retail experience isdesirable but not essential– full training provided
• Supervisory experience is an advantage, as part-time Team Members will run occasional shifts
• Good numeracy, literacy and PC skills
• Organised, reliable and able to work well as part of a team

All successful candidates will be required to completeShift Runner trainingwithin a reasonable timescale.

• £12.75 per hourfor employees aged 21+
• £13.25 per houronce Shift Runner training is completed (inclusive of monthly Attendance Bonus)
