At Sky Retail, we are the friendly faces connecting new customers to the world of Sky. Join our team as a Retail Advisor and take advantage of an exciting opportunity to work in one of our stores located in the Trinity shopping centre, Leeds.

• Salary: £13,605 basic salary with a competitive commission scheme on top
• Retail store: Trinity shopping centre, Leeds (Sky store locator)
• Hours: 20 hours per week (working 3 days out of 7, including weekends and varied hours). We are always there for our customers, if the shopping centre is open, so are we.

What you'll do:

We play a vital role in bringing Sky's products & services to life for our customers, creating an immersive experience and connecting them to more of what they love, every day.

• Showcase the latest products, engage with customers through conversations, and let your personality shine.
• Find new and creative ways to engage with customers and deliver the best service in the country.
• Deliver demonstrations of Sky products and services, matching customers with their ideal package.
• Build an inclusive culture where everyone can learn, be authentic, and thrive together.
