PART-TIME RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

MONDAY & THURSDAY & SUNDAY: START TIMES FLEXIBLE: 05:00 - 07:00

16 - 20 HOURS PER WEEK

13.50 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our well-established client based in the LEICESTER, LEICESTERSHIRE.

Day to Day Duties

As a Restaurant Supervisor, your duties will be, but not limited to:

  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations

Essential Skills

Skills needed to be a Restaurant Supervisor with our client are:

  • Good level of English
  • Reliable & Punctual
  • Communication Skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team

Desirable Experience

  • You will have previous experience in a supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting

Training

  • Industry related training and support provided throughout
