Job summary

Circle Health Group in Northampton is recruiting a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Wards team at Three Shires Hospital. The role is 22.5 hours per week on a permanent basis, with a flexible shift pattern and a salary of up to £33,500 FTE per year depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will deliver nursing care, assess needs, document plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team, following NMC guidelines and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with patient records systems and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with care plans.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care and update plans.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate changes when needed.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Ensure care aligns with NMC standards and governance.
• Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns.
