Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the wards on a full-time basis. The role runs 37.5 hours per week with a permanent contract, and a salary up to £35,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

You will deliver nursing care, assess patient needs, and maintain documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with care plans and protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Communicate with patients and families with empathy and clarity.
• Support patients in understanding conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide safe, high-quality care.
