Job summary

The Results People are looking for a Part-Time Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Kettering, supporting our clients and their operations. You will source and contact candidates, register new submissions and help manage the recruiting and onboarding process. Weekend availability is essential and full training is provided.

£13–£14 per hour, depending on experience, with 16–24 hours per week and opportunities to develop within the business.

• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and contacting candidates using CV databases, job boards and other tools.
• Registering new candidates and completing compliance checks
• Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
• Managing candidate information and recruitment administration
• Responding to candidate queries and supporting weekend staffing requirements
