Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust in Hemel Hempstead is recruiting a Band 4 Support Time and Recovery Worker to join the Dacorum Adult Community Mental Health Services. The role focuses on supporting service users using the STAR model and promoting recovery within the community.

The team works Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm; applicants should have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and be willing to undertake training. Sponsorship is not offered, and a valid driving license is preferred unless exempt.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 qualification or mental health certificate level 3, or agreement to undertake training.
• Commitment to Continuing Personal Development.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a group of service users to promote recovery and community participation.
• Contribute to team management and day-to-day tasks for STAR workers.
• Support the Care Coordinator in implementing recovery-focused care plans.
• Ensure service users engage with the Care Plan and access services regularly.
• Promote independent living for service users within the community.
