Job summary

About the role

This is a permanent, part-time position (12 hours per week, 0.3288 FTE). Working hours are Monday and Wednesday evenings, from 5:15 pm to 11:15 pm.

Working at our busy Rewley House reception, you will have excellent organizational and communication skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone. You must be reliable, well-presented, and be able to use your initiative to answer queries and solve any problems. Your reception duties will include using the Department’s online booking system, so you will need to have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email. Reception experience would be a significant advantage for applicants applying for this post, although it is not essential.
