A leading recruitment agency is seeking a candidate with strong administration experience for a maternity cover role in Sittingbourne. This temporary position involves working closely with the purchasing team to track shipments and manage related paperwork. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the willingness to learn, with training provided for an immediate start.
We are seeking a candidate who has strong administration experience to join our client based in Sittingbourne.
The position is a maternity cover role, so will be for approximately 6 months (working in a temporary capacity). Hours of work are Monday to Friday working 9.00am to 3.00pm
Duties are to work alongside the purchasing team, so you will be involved in the tracking of shipments and scheduled deliveries. You will be raising PO's and forwarding supplier paperwork to Agents. Other duties will include the management of Air Freight quotes / bookings / clearance and deliveries.
Our client is happy to give full training and they are seeking someone available for an immediate start.
