Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client.

As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system. Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no staff interaction required. This part-time, flexible role fits around other commitments and is project-based.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Independent working capability.
• Able to communicate by email and phone.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area. Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
