Wards of Kent is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, greeting them and guiding them through viewings, Open Houses, and everyday property queries.

ASAP start. A full driving license, business insurance, and your own car are required. The role is Saturday-focused, with flexible cover for holidays and busy periods, and training on our internal systems will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective buyers and accompany them to view properties.
• Highlight positive attributes of the home during appointments and relay feedback to branch colleagues.
• Host Open Houses and assist with office administrative duties.
