Job summary

Cubitt & West is looking for a friendly, customer-focused role to greet prospective buyers and accompany them on property viewings. You will highlight the home's strengths and relay feedback to colleagues, with occasional Open Houses and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates are flexible, enjoy working with people, and can manage a busy diary. A full driving license and own vehicle are required, and training will be provided for our internal systems.

Qualifications

• A full driving license may be required as you may visit properties with clients.
• Excellent people and communication skills are essential for greeting and guiding buyers.
• Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness, especially during busy periods.
• Ability to manage a diary and coordinate appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective buyers and accompany them to view properties.
• Highlight positive attributes of the home and relay feedback to branch colleagues.
• Host Open Houses as needed and assist in the office with administrative duties.
• Use basic computer systems; training will be provided on internal platforms.
