Job summary

Linley & Simpson, part of Lomond, is seeking a Casual Viewing Assistant for our Harrogate office. This zero-hour role involves Saturdays 9:30am–1pm with occasional extra hours.

You will conduct property viewings, review credentials ahead of viewings, and attend team meetings, while presenting yourself in a professional and knowledgeable manner. We value candidates who drive, have excellent communication, are friendly and efficient, and maintain an immaculate, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have access to own car for travel to properties and client meetings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and efficient in a customer-facing role.
• Immaculately presented and professional in manner.
