The University of Bath is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation and launch of ProjectFlow, a system for managing research ethics review and governance. This fixed-term role lasts six months and requires coordinating with professional services, IT, academic staff and the supplier to ensure configuration and readiness for go-live.

• Experience delivering projects involving digital systems or process change.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in academia and professional services.
• Experience in higher education, research administration or governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of ProjectFlow.
• Gather business requirements and map processes for configuration.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and risk logs.
• Support testing, training and go-live activities and post-go-live support.
