Job summary

The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is seeking a part-time project coordinator to support the ADAPTREE project under the UKRI fund. The role focuses on developing a Knowledge Exchange and Impact plan, mapping stakeholders, and organising project and Advisory Board meetings with internal teams and external partners.

The successful candidate will have a degree, strong IT skills, and experience coordinating a knowledge exchange work package within a large research project, with a keen eye for science

Qualifications

• educated to degree level and with experience coordinating knowledge exchange and dissemination activities within a large research project.
• strong IT skills and the ability to work independently when required.
• experience working across different academic disciplines and with science communication is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise regular project and Advisory Board meetings with internal and external partners.
• Develop a Knowledge Exchange and Impact plan and map stakeholders for the ADAPTREE project.
• Liaise with project team members and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to project knowledge exchange and dissemination activities, including drafting press releases.
