Job summary

The FOUNDATION AND FRIENDS OF THE ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS,KEW is offering a part-time ADAPTREE Project Coordinator role in London. You will support the delivery of a UKRI-funded knowledge exchange project, coordinating plan development, stakeholder mapping, and advisory board activities to ensure successful project delivery.

You will work with researchers across six organisations, contributing to dissemination and press materials, and supporting multi-partner collaboration.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Experience coordinating a knowledge exchange and dissemination work package within a large research project.
• Highly motivated team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience across disciplines and science communication desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the knowledge exchange and dissemination work package for the project.
• Organise regular project and Advisory Board meetings and liaise with project team members and external partners.
• Develop a Knowledge Exchange and Impact plan and contribute to project communications, including press releases.
• Collaborate with researchers across six collaborating organisations.
