The Role
Working within various areas of the chilled factory the job role will vary from preparing, making and packing quality meat products. This role is Temporary until 25th December 2025.
Hours of Work
Each candidate will be contacted to discuss their availability for shifts. Please note the general working hours for this role are outlined as:
Dayshift: 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Nightshift: 6pm - 4am, Sunday to Thursday
Candidates will ideally be paired with another employee working the remainder of the shift to ensure production needs are met.
What It Takes
No experience necessary as full training will be provided however it is desirable to have previous experience within a food production environment. All candidates should demonstrate core values at all times and have an understanding of and commitment to the Equality and Diversity Policy and ability to promote this day to day.
To be considered for this role you should have the ability to work as part of a team with self-motivation and initiative, Good communication skills and a proven high level of manual dexterity and speed which will be monitored throughout your employment.
