Job summary

The Crafts Council is seeking a Production Assistant to join their creative team in North London for a part-time role (3 days per week). This position includes a 3-month probation period where you'll receive full training.

7Gods Lighting is a leading British bespoke sculptural lighting studio, crafting statement chandeliers by hand in our North London workshops. We work with interior designers, architects, and galleries worldwide.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our small creative team. This part‑time role (3 days per week) offers 3 months probation and full training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production, including working with composite materials, mould making and prototype creation.
• Support daily studio activities and ad‑hoc tasks such as marketing, photoshoots, and liaising with third‑party partners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands and a hands‑on, reactive approach.
• Highly motivated, organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Confident use of various power tools.
• Interest in design, interiors or architecture is a plus.
• Understanding of technical drawings is an advantage.

Benefits
