Overview

This role is a private PA role split mainly between London and Berkshire with occasional travel. This part-time position operates on a 1x week on 1x week off schedule, split with another EA to provide seamless support. Office-based with daily support to the principals and the family, proactively identifying and addressing issues before they arise. Busy, fast-paced role with many moving parts and extensive liaison on a global scale. Involves complex diary, travel and meeting coordination, as well as event and security management and project work. Broad and varied; requires experience in a similar position and the ability to manage, prioritise and action a large amount of tasks. Excellent organisation and communication skills, flexible, resilient, can-do approach. Trust and confidentiality paramount.



Responsibilities


  • Provide daily support to the principals and family; manage complex diary, travel, and meetings; assist with event and security coordination as required.

  • Collaborate with a tag team EA to ensure seamless coverage (1x week on, 1x week off).

  • Proactively identify issues and resolve problems before they arise; manage a large volume of tasks with prioritisation.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale; handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Support project work as needed; maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence.



Qualifications and Experience


  • Ability to manage, prioritise and action a large amount of tasks; highest standards of customer service; excellent organisational skills.

  • Experience leading small teams and working as part of a team; confident when dealing with a broad spectrum of people.

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise absolute discretion at all times; calm under pressure; effective conflict resolution.

  • Accurate with superb attention to detail; flexible and proactive approach.

  • UK Driving licence.

  • Previous experience in a similar Senior EA level role or equivalent; experience in fast-paced roles requiring prioritisation; ability to think ahead and anticipate future issues.

  • Experience dealing with Ultra High Net Worth individuals is preferred; flexible and mature, with initiative and common sense.
