Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a flexible Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher to work in a Sutton-based school from September 2026. The role covers EYFS to KS2 as needed, offering part-time supply work in a welcoming environment.

You will deliver high-quality lessons, manage classrooms and support pupils' development across ages, with Google Classroom experience preferred. Salary £150–£180 per day (PAYE) depending on experience.

Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher Job in Sutton We are currently recruiting for a flexible and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to work within a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sutton from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher seeking part-time supply work within a supportive school environment. The successful candidate must be flexible and comfortable teaching across all primary year groups, from EYFS through to KS2, depending on the needs of the school. This role would suit a teacher who enjoys variety, can quickly adapt to different classroom settings, and is confident supporting pupils across a range of ages and abilities.

The Role

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Confidence using Google Classroom, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to the platform.
• Must be flexible and confident teaching across all primary age groups, including EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A professional, adaptable and proactive approach to teaching.
• Commitment to supporting all pupils to achieve their full potential.
