Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a KS2 Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Epsom, Surrey from September 2026. This full-time role requires delivering high-quality KS2 lessons and supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.

You will plan, differentiate, assess and report on progress, working with teaching assistants, parents and colleagues. Google Classroom experience is valued, and the school offers a collaborative environment and strong emphasis on pupil wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Recent UK primary KS2 teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Differentiate teaching to meet a range of abilities.
  • Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress.
  • Create an inclusive and well-structured classroom.
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants and parents.

KS2 Teacher | Full-Time Primary School Teacher | Epsom, Surrey | September 2026 Start Location: Epsom, Surrey Start Date: September 2026 Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Pay: £150 to £180 per day (PAYE), dependent on experience KS2 Teacher Job in Epsom, Surrey We are seeking an experienced and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Epsom, Surrey, from September 2026. This is a full-time teaching opportunity within a supportive school that places a strong emphasis on high-quality teaching, pupil wellbeing and academic achievement. The role would suit a confident teacher who can inspire learners, build positive relationships and create an engaging classroom environment where every child can succeed. The successful candidate will have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 and be comfortable supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally within KS2.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN and additional learning needs.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • Confidence using Google Classroom, or the ability to quickly learn and use the platform effectively.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality teaching and helping children reach their full potential.
