Job summary

Cuffley and Goffs Oak Medical Practice is seeking a proactive clinical pharmacist to join our team on a part-time basis (three days per week). You will support medicines optimisation, improve patient outcomes and help deliver high-quality care within our two-site practice.

The role focuses on patient-facing care, clinically reviewing medications, and contributing to public health initiatives within the PCN. 2 sites, friendly team, and supportive admin staff.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and GPhC registration are essential.
• Post-qualification experience in primary care or hospital is desirable.
• Qualified independent prescriber status is required or to be pursued.
• Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clinically assess and treat patients, using medicines knowledge.
• Provide medicines information, reviews and education to patients.
• Lead medicines optimisation and quality improvement activities.
• Support the practice dispensary and hospital discharge letters.
