Job summary

Manor Medical Practice is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our community-based GP surgery in Bradford. You will deliver and manage safe, evidence-based nursing care across a patient population of just over 11,000.

The role is between 20-30 hours per week, to be discussed at interview, with responsibilities spanning acute and chronic condition management, immunisations, cytology, wound care, and travel health advice.

Qualifications

• Adult nursing qualification (degree level) and NMC registration are essential.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and clinical supervision training are required.
• Experience in managing chronic conditions in a nurse-led capacity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care across two sites and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prioritise urgent cases and initiate emergency care when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards and GDPR.
