Nxtgen Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced practice accountant who wants a flexible role with real client ownership. You’ll work with a varied client base across accounts, management accounts, VAT, CIS and software support, gaining insight into what drives each business.

The role offers a 30-hour week, enabling a better work-life balance while still being challenging and rewarding. You’ll be trusted to manage workload, handle queries and support junior team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accountancy practice is required.
• Strong accounts experience and knowledge of VAT and CIS.
• Confident when dealing directly with clients.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of workload.
• AAT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Involve in accounts, management accounts, VAT, CIS, and software support.
