Qualifications

  • PhD or near completion in psychology, neuroscience, developmental science, medicine or related field.
  • Experience with standardised neurodevelopmental or behavioural assessments in infants or young children.
  • Experience with longitudinal or cohort research and data analysis.
  • Experience in research proposal development and grant writing.
  • Good communication, organizational and scientific writing skills.
  • Willingness to undertake Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Take scientific and methodological responsibility for behavioural and developmental assessment programmes.
  • Support quality assurance of neurodevelopmental assessments; develop manuals and SOPs; train and calibrate assessors.
  • Contribute to design of behavioural and developmental assessments for future follow-up.
  • Analyse C-GULL data, contribute to publications and develop new research proposals.
  • Provide translational support for FEVER II study tools and harmonise assessment approaches across sites.
