Job summary

Independent Lives in Eastbourne is seeking a compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to help a cheerful, autistic man with complex needs. This 2:1 support role offers meaningful daily activities and community engagement, with clear supervision and a structured learning environment.

You will work around 25 hours per week, mainly daytime shifts Monday to Saturday, with some evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence is required to enable transport and community access.
