You will deliver friendly, efficient service to customers, work with the team to meet targets and ensure stock is managed and deliveries are processed smoothly.

• Retail experience is desirable.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
• Check quality and shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and handle queries or complaints by directing complex issues to the appropriate person.
