Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Phonics Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Burnley on a part-time basis. You will deliver Read Write Inc. phonics interventions and support pupils across EYFS to KS2.

A positive, patient approach is essential; previous primary school experience and Read Write Inc. delivery are required. The role offers ongoing professional support and the chance to make a real impact on children's reading progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in primary schools is essential.
• Experience delivering Read Write Inc. phonics sessions is essential.
• Confident supporting phonics interventions and literacy boosters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Read Write Inc. phonics interventions and booster sessions.
• Support pupils across EYFS to KS2 with targeted literacy interventions.
• Work with individuals and small groups to help children progress.
