Job summary

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a part-time Personal Development and Employability Lecturer to deliver engaging sessions at Salisbury Campus and other sites. The role focuses on helping adult learners build confidence, CVs, interview skills and career planning.

Experience in employability, careers guidance, and personal development is valued, with flexible hours and opportunities for CPD. The post is a variable hours role with 3 hours weekly blocks in 10-week terms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personal development and employability sessions.
• Ability to motivate adult learners and tailor sessions to diverse needs.
• Knowledge of CV writing, job applications and interview techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging personal development and employability sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans and resources to meet learners' needs.
• Support learners to identify strengths, skills, interests and goals.
• Teach CV writing, job searching, application forms and cover letters.
