Job summary

Redgate Primary Academy in Mansfield is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to work 20 hours per week over five days, between 9:30am and 3pm. The role supports children with varying and sometimes complex needs in day-to-day classroom and personal care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support children with personal hygiene and self-care programmes
• Have knowledge of all roles and responsibilities related to the care and support of children
• Prepare learning materials and resources, adapting the environment when necessary
• Support play and leisure activities
• Support children with eating and drinking at break times and lunch times
