Enable is seeking Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to help adults with learning disabilities in Troon, South Ayrshire. The role involves providing compassionate care, assistance with daily activities and enabling participation in social and community activities.

No prior care experience is required; your values and transferrable skills are valued. A 22.5 hour contract offers varied shifts including day and night patterns to fit needs.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values and transferable skills are valued.
• Willingness to register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 3 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities as needed.
• Support moving and handling and enable independence in daily tasks.
• Engage in activities to expand social networks and community involvement.
• Work as part of a bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspiration of the people supported.
