Enable is hiring Personal Assistants in East Ayrshire to support individuals with learning disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and participate in daily activities.

No care experience is required; we recruit based on values and transferrable skills. The role may include personal care, moving and handling, and building social networks while working as part of a supportive team. Various shift patterns, including overnight, are available.
