Dewis Centre for Independent Living in the Llantwit Major area is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a 67-year-old lady at home. The role requires a 19-hour week split as a job share, with care provided seven days a week and a rate of £15.70 per hour.

The job includes a trial period, monthly wage payments, and holiday pay. A DBS check and evidence of right to work in the UK are required, with costs covered by the employer.

Responsabilidades

• Supervision to mobilise / transfer using Stedy.
• Assistance with wash and hygiene.
• Assistance with transfer to commode and continence care.
• Personal care.
• Assistance with dressing.
• Meal prep and ensuring drinks and snacks.
• Dishes and kitchen cleaning.
• Change bed and do laundry as required.
• Sort laundry if required.
• Feed cat and manage litter tray.
• Night-time assistance for comfort and security.
