Protocol Education Limited is seeking a passionate Performing Arts Learning Support Assistant to join a Kensington and Chelsea Sixth Form College. The role covers three days a week with potential extra duties for Music Technology and some Media teaching, depending on skill set.

You will plan and deliver engaging Performing Arts lessons, support practical skills and creativity, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching while upholding safeguarding and inclusion standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or qualifications in Performing Arts.
• Engaging and effective practitioner who can inspire students.
• Ability to deliver practical and creative learning activities.
• Willingness to contribute to Music Technology or Media as needed.
• Strong communication, organisation and classroom management.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student achievement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Performing Arts lessons three days per week.
• Support students in developing practical skills, creativity and performance.
• Motivate students to participate and collaborate to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to Music Technology or Media teaching when required.
• Work with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards.
• Promote an inclusive and safe learning environment.
