Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Male Learning Support Assistant for a Sixth Form College in Kensington & Chelsea, London. You will provide classroom and individual support to Level 1 students, help them stay engaged, and support confidence, communication and independence while working with teaching staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience with young people in education, be patient and reliable, and hold a valid DBS (Update Service preferred).

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Patient, reliable and approachable with a calm manner.
• Willing to support across different areas of the college.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and individual support to Level 1 students.
• Help students stay engaged and focused on learning.
• Support students' confidence, communication and independence.
• Work with teaching staff to meet students' needs and assist Performing Arts where appropriate.
