Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking a Part Time Payroll Administrator in Doncaster to join a busy payroll team. The role offers 24–32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, with standard hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Salary is up to £30,000 FTE, with 25 days plus bank holidays and a pension scheme.

CIPP qualification is desirable, and study support is available. Experience in payroll processing and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing.
• Good understanding of payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables desirable).

Responsibilities

• Process weekly hours and payroll data accurately within strict deadlines.
• Input overtime, deductions, absence and adjustments to support statutory reporting and HMRC submissions, including FPS and EPS.
• Act as a first point of contact for payroll queries and resolve issues quickly.
